Complex Rules
Welcome to STELLA-MERΙ Studios / Apartments. As 20 families are living together we wish to create a tranquil, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Therefore we have drawn up a list of rules to ensure domestic harmony.
- Check in time is after 13:00 and check out time is before 10:00
- Guests are requested not to disturb those staying in neighboring apartments and especially during quiet hours between 15.30 – 17.30 and 23.00 – 07.00
- Clean bed Sheets and towels are offered after 4 or 5 nights, while the daily cleaning of the apartments is the responsibility of the guests
- Quests are requested to use the parking areas, located at the upper and lower parts of the building and park their vehicles close to each other
- Contribute in our effort to protect the environment by recycling paper and plastic, and through reasonable use of hot water and electricity
- Please take good care of the apartments Should anything be damaged or lost, compensation will be payable after assessment by the Manager
- Μutual respect of each other’s privacy, tranquility and right to have quiet and relaxing vacations is extremely important.

We would like to emphasize the proper use of the free internet that we provide to you. Recently, the law concerning the internet (Law 5179/2025) was passed in Greece, which focuses on combating PIRACY on the internet and on the protection of copyright holders. At the same time, there are other provisions concerning cybersecurity and the protection of personal data on the internet.
FOR THIS REASON, USE LEGAL DEVICES AND AVOID DOWNLOADING INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET IN AN ILLEGAL WAY.
Violating this may even cause the interruption or a dramatic reduction in the speed of the free internet that we provide to you
